Zeniamar 9 is a popular gated community with 132 apartments at Playa Flamenca on the Costa Blanca ca 700 m to the coastline. The whole area is very safe even to walk to neighbors, restaurants, etc both day and night time. Although the area is safe, we have installed 20 numbers of surveillance cameras all around our area if it would happen something.
There is a garage with storage in the basement and for whose who don't have a garage, the car can be parked on the streets without any issues.
There are many facilities within the community such as a beautiful pool area which fits most needs for children and adults, a free standing jacuzzi, a large lawn, showers, etc. surrounded by fantastic plants.
Close to the pool area there is a Social club equipt with an outdoor table tennis, Fitness center in the basement, fitting room, sauna, lounge with flat screen TV, bookcases, sofas, tables, chairs and a cosy fireplace. For our convenience there is also a kitchen suitable for simpler food and drink preparations.
A couple of times a year we organize common BBQ and other garden parties.
