Dear owner,

The weather has been as lovely as it can be in September and this is also the month when most of the tourists have left their summer holidays.

The financial situation is following the budget and attached is also the quarter 3 finance report. The numbers for Q1 and Q2 have been revalidated due to the tax law that states invoices have to be sent the same quarter as the job has been done.

The work with the Jacuzzi started in end of September and should have been open first week in October. It is been delayed as there is a problem with the pool light and installation of a heat pump. We also need to buy a lid to cover the jacuzzi with to keep the warm water. The intention is that the opening should be from October to April every year so winter people can enjoy a good time.

A special thank you for a great contribution of fixing the two loose pool ladders by Roy Floisbonn o. 90, Sture Jonasson no. 28, Göran Larsson no. 107 and Kåre Nogård no. 92.

The pool bridge had been very slippery and to avoid slipping accidents we have put some anti-slipping strips which unfortunately have been torn by the sun. We will now put on an artificial lawn.

The Committee members started to perform Open House meetings on Fridays at 10:00 outside Social club. The first meeting was held in September 22 with approx.. 8 owners attending and the second in September 29 and the third on October 6 we had 15 people join the discussions. We have had open discussions and good ideas have been put in the light on how to improve our lovely community. These meetings will continue to be held but reduced to twice a month in uneven weeks from November.

For many years ago we all had access to different European TV channels via the antenna and today it seems like it does not work any longer due to the conversion from analogue signals to digital signals. We have investigated on how much it would cost to change those devices in our telecom room and it is slightly above 3 000€ therefor we suggest to use TV boxes if you would like to have foreign TV channels.

Just a gentle reminder to make sure all the gates are closed at any time and this applies both for the outside gates as the pool gates.

Lately there have been a number of bicycle robberies within the urbanisation and thanks to one neighbour, who got suspicious and started to run after them, the bicycle was left behind.

There is a new law in Spain regarding renting out properties that requires the rentals to be certified and have a sign on their property. Further information on this will soon be sent out separately.

Open House meetings will be held last Friday each month from now on so next meeting is Friday 24 ofNovember.
